You're welcome to call, email or book an appointment online. If you're using insurance, we prefer to have that information prior to your first session so that we can verify your coverage and what your out of pocket expenses will be. Your therapist will be in touch to confirm your session and get the needed information.
You may need to fill out some paperwork unless you've filled it out prior to the session. After that is taken care of, your therapists will begin to uncover your story. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. We will examine long-standing behavior patterns and negative perceptions that have been holding you back. We work to individualize our sessions to achieve your goals. The journey to healing and health will begin on your first session.
You have the option to self-pay or to use your insurance. Our practice prefers credit card, but we also accept cash and checks. We are in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Humana. If we are out-of-network for your insurance company, you may still have benefits. See our Cost & Coverage page for more information.
